Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We ship with USPS.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@organichavenshop.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store in 4840 Irvine Boulevard, Suite #113, Irvine, CA, 92620. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email, call, or text you when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00AM to 6:30PM on Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays. If you are designating someone besides yourself to pick up your order, please let us know and provide that person's name and contact information.
